It’s the classical butter cookie recipe. You can custom thickness, shape and frosting’s color.
1 cup margarine
2 cups white sugar
6 table spoons of milk
Cream those together. Set it aside. Then mix
5 cups of flour
½ tea spoon of salt
5 table spoon of baking soda
and it into the first bowl. If you feel that the dought is too sticky, add some flour.
Roll the dought to a 3/8 inch thickness. Add flour if necessary.
Get creative with your cookie cutters !
Grease a cookie pan an bake 10 minutes at 350°.
Remove cookies immediately.
¼ cup softened butter
4 oz (115g) cream cheese
Dash of salt
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
3 table spoons milk
Mix together. Then add
3 cup icing sugar and food coloring
Decorate cookies when they are at room temperature.
The icing will harden a little bit. After a few hours, you should be able to put them safely in a tupperware.
They are a go-to for a quick sweet touch to a party.
